We recognise that not everyone is ready for college, apprenticeships, or full-time employment upon leaving school at 16. The Post16 Programme offers a bespoke blend of experiences, qualifications, and accreditations tailored to each individual’s unique needs and aspirations.

Building a Strong Foundation:

The program starts by assessing where the young person is best positioned to begin. This foundation can then be progressively built upon throughout the year, incorporating additional elements as their confidence and aspirations evolve.

Our Focus:

• Mentorship: FYP Interventions provides dedicated mentors who offer guidance, support, and encouragement as young people navigate their options.
• Real-World Experiences: The program may incorporate travel-training opportunities, volunteering experiences, and leadership development activities, fostering practical skills and self-discovery.
• Building Confidence: We often integrate vocational ASDAN short courses aligned with the young person’s interests and skills. These courses provide a structured learning environment, allowing them to gain confidence and build a foundation for further education or career pursuits.

The ultimate goal of our Post 16 Programme is to ensure each young person is prepared for their next step, whatever that may be. By the end of the year, they will have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed choices about their future, equipped to succeed in their chosen path.
